During a recent open house visit, the listing agent stopped me and said, “I have been watching you film and it’s not what I expected.” I assumed he was taking note of the fact that I show up with just my iPhone- no fancy tools or lights. But actually, it was the way I was shooting that caught his attention.

Rather than shoot one continuous video and edit it later, I have always shot multiple clips. I have found that shooting multiple clips gives you more freedom while editing and helps you capture projects from multiple prospectives.

So if you were under the impression that a video on social was just one long, perfect take, it’s probably not.

Here are the three type of shots (and how do them) that I use while filming.

That concludes EBDC Pulse’s free content for the week! This email was sent to 183 real estate professionals. Help us reach more subscribers by forwarding this week’s issue to your colleagues!
