Welcome to Exposed Brick DC Pulse, a weekly newsletter for real estate professionals in the DMV looking to build their brand on social media. In addition to strategy, paid subscribers get access to topical content ideas ready to share with their audience. Think of it as a living drafts folder for all of the content I don’t have time to post on EBDC. Ready to subscribe? Tap the button below.

Caio!

I am writing to you 30,000 feet in the air on my way home from a vacation in the Amalfi Coast. With my circadian rhythm beyond repair, I often found myself asking what day is it? This feeling inspired this week’s newsletter because I know many of us wake up and say, “What am I supposed to post today?” In my opinion, jogging your brain each morning for content ideas and then executing those ideas in the same day can lead to burn out. Instead, I plan content one evening a week, have clear themes for each day, and yes, designated “no post” days.

Get ready to take a look at my content schedule and how you can apply these same themes to your niche. I promise it is easier than you think.

That concludes EBDC Pulse’s free content for the week! This email was sent to 183 real estate professionals. Help us reach more subscribers by forwarding this week’s issue to your colleagues!
